Come rain or shine the quarterly and Christmas Farmers’ Markets never fail to pull in the crowds. With the help of a friendly farmer and his snowplough even heavy snow doesn’t stop them taking up position on Glen and Nether Edge Roads.
Amongst the stalls of local and home made goods and food products, with the aroma of the differing food outlets hanging temptingly in the air you will find the stall belonging to Nether Edge History. Our members are there to give you any information about our area’s background. You can view our many publications and even buy your own copies. Perhaps you want a coloured artistic panorama of the area, customised for your home, to hang in your hall? You may have interesting history to give us.
